Job summary

Kama Capital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Risk Officer to lead the development and implementation of the company’s enterprise-wide risk management framework. You will identify, assess and monitor risks across the business, collaborating with management to ensure robust controls and governance.

Your experience in financial services, risk governance and KRIs will drive risk-aware decision making, support continuity planning and regulatory alignment while promoting a strong risk culture

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of risk management experience in financial services or regulated environment
• Experience developing risk frameworks, risk registers, KRIs and mitigation plans
• Strong understanding of enterprise, operational and financial risk management
• Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and challenge practices constructively
• Experience with UAE regulatory risk frameworks is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise risk management framework, policies and procedures
• Identify, assess and monitor financial, operational, compliance, technology, reputational, and business risks
• Maintain risk register and monitor key risk indicators
• Conduct regular risk assessments and control reviews
• Identify control gaps and develop mitigation and action plans
• Report risk incidents and remediation activities to management
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and Board
• Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives
• Promote risk-aware culture across the organization
