Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Strong track record in large-scale digital transformation and core modernization.
• Hands-on with API platforms and cloud-native designs.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML architectures and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the target enterprise architecture for P&C insurance.
• Develop domain-level reference architectures aligned to business capabilities and value streams.
• Own API-first and event-driven architecture strategy across the enterprise.
• Guide modernization of core P&C systems (policy, claims, billing).
• Establish architecture governance and enable delivery teams.
