Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Senior Consultant ENT Surgeon to join their team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing trauma and surgical cases in a multidisciplinary hospital setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes with rapid intervention.

The ideal candidate will have a medical degree in ENT, relevant fellowship training, and significant experience in trauma surgery. You will lead emergency responses, perform complex procedures, and mentor junior doctors while working in a modern healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in trauma, tracheostomies, and facial injury management.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills in emergency settings.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage ENT conditions with a focus on trauma and head and neck surgery.
• Perform emergency and elective procedures including tracheostomies and trauma-related surgeries.
• Provide full perioperative care ensuring patient safety and recovery.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Mentor junior doctors and contribute to teaching and research activities.

Head and neck trauma surgery techniques

Education

Medical degree with specialization in ENT or Otolaryngology
