Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant ENT Specialist to join a leading hospital in Dubai. This role involves delivering expert otolaryngology care, managing a diverse range of ENT conditions, and performing advanced procedures. Candidates should have a medical degree in Otolaryngology, board certification, and at least 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in a tertiary or academic hospital.
• DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• Proven experience in both adult and pediatric ENT cases.
• Strong surgical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions.
• Perform advanced ENT procedures including tonsillectomy and laryngoscopy.
• Collaborate with audiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Conduct head and neck reconstructive procedures.
• Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient care.
• Participate in clinical audits and departmental improvements.
