Allocation Assist Middle East seeks an experienced Consultant ENT - Head and Neck Surgery in Dubai to deliver advanced diagnostic, surgical, and emergency ENT care. The role involves collaborating with oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists, and participating in tumor boards, teaching, and clinical governance.

Qualificações

• Medical degree in ENT with specialist training in Otolaryngology.
• Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience in ENT Head and Neck.
• Board certification or equivalent; UK/US/Australian equivalents preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and manage broad ENT disorders in adults and complex head and neck cases.
• Provide outpatient, inpatient, operative, and emergency ENT care.
• Lead multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinate with oncology teams.
• Perform advanced procedures involving thyroid, salivary glands, and airway.
• Mentor residents and contribute to teaching, audits, and protocol development.
