Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East invites an experienced Consultant ENT Head and Neck Surgeon to join a Dubai hospital. You will deliver advanced diagnostic and surgical care for complex head and neck disorders in outpatient clinics, operating theatres, and inpatient services.

The role offers a tax-free AED 80,000–105,000 salary plus housing and relocation support, annual flight allowance, comprehensive medical insurance, and generous leave within a multidisciplinary, tertiary-care environment.

Qualifications

• Specialist qualification in Otolaryngology with subspecialty training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years consultant-level experience in ENT practice.
• Experience in managing head and neck tumors and complex ENT pathology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of ENT and head/neck conditions.
• Perform advanced ENT and head/neck surgical procedures.
• Coordinate pre-op assessment, planning, and postoperative care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and education.
