Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking an Engineering Manager for its projects in the oil and energy sector. This role will manage and control engineering activities, ensure project integration, and lead engineering input across national projects in collaboration with joint ventures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in national oil companies or international oil companies.
• At least 8 years of experience in progressive project managerial or leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC standards, HSE expectations, project controls, and downstream project delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage discipline engineering activities across HQ-managed project integration portfolios.
• Lead engineering input for national projects and projects delivered in cooperation with joint venture partners.
• Ensure ADNOC standards are implemented across all applicable projects and engineering deliverables.
