Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role within 5 star resort property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and engineering budgets.
• Lead and supervise the engineering team.
• Manage the physical plant including HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.
• Maintain and operate equipment for optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with engineering policies, standards and procedures.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs and staff training.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to uphold brand standards and service excellence.
