Coordinate and ensure well integrity throughout the well's lifecycle and ensure they operate within the safe operating envelope.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Analyze well parameters for deviations from the safe operating envelope.
- Identify risky wells and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare risk registers for risky wells and upload them into VVIDA / related systems.
- Identify and investigate wells with sustained annulus pressure and present findings to the Sustained Annulus Pressure (SAP) committee for remedial actions.
- Coordinate and plan to mothball inactive wells as required.
- Design integrity tests for barrier evaluation.
- Produce periodic well integrity status reports.

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
- Train and develop assigned staff on relevant skills to enable proficiency and achieve section objectives.

- Contribute to the preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in implementing approved budgets and work plans.
- Investigate and highlight significant variances to support performance and cost control.
- Implement approved policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures to support execution in line with company and international standards.

- Contribute to achieving the Section / Department's performance objectives aligned with the company's performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Design and implement new tools and techniques to enhance operational quality and efficiency.
- Identify process improvements based on best practices to enhance efficiency and align with ISO standards.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, controls, legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards and ADNOC's practices.
- Provide inputs for preparing Section MIS and progress reports for management.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS :
Internal
- Regular communication with other team leaders, production engineers, and department members.
External
- Regular communication with drilling, development teams, and contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- At least 8 years of experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
