Senior Engineer - Structural

We are hiring a Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

2. Review design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
3. Lead a team of junior engineers and drafters.
4. Ensure designs meet project requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
5. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients.
6. Perform site inspections and structural assessments.
7. Solve complex technical issues related to structural integrity.
8. Monitor project progress and report to management.
9. Stay current with the latest engineering software and industry best practices.
10. Support project proposals and tender documentation preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination.
• UAE experience is a plus.
