Job Purpose

Review, analyse, and provide support in the execution of small works projects and engineering modifications to ensure construction, commissioning, and handover align with set objectives.

Coordinate and support interfaces and construction of small works projects and engineering modifications according to the approved scope of work and company specifications, ensuring full compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Key Accountabilities

Sites Support

• Provide interface support between the company, ADNOC group companies, and external entities to meet project objectives.
• Identify project interfaces and gaps in documentation for design and construction, ensuring completeness and alignment with technical and operational requirements.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of technical submissions from ADNOC group companies and external entities before further review and approval.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts and interfaces proactively to minimize impact on objectives.
• Review project specifications and schedules, identify discrepancies, overlapping activities, and coordinate resolutions to ensure business continuity.
• Participate in HAZOP, risk review meetings, and SIMOPS workshops, ensuring recommendations are implemented effectively.
• Support handover processes for technical documentation, spare parts, and training between project teams and end users.

Supervision

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate activities within the assigned area to meet objectives.
• Train and develop staff to enhance skills and performance.

Budgets

• Assist in preparing and implementing budgets and work plans.
• Highlight variances to support performance and cost control.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of site construction activities.
• Experience in project management and relevant legislation / regulations.
• Knowledge of HSE principles relevant to oil & gas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with relevant IT applications.
