• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with HSE related specialization or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 15 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, majority in onshore downstream projects
• Preferably with ADNOC PMC project experience.
• Able to work with other disciplines to meet delivery dates and design targets.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HSE roles with a focus on Projects HSE Management, HSE Performance Monitoring & Reporting, Audits and Inspections.
• Experience in all or at least one of the following fields : Upstream / Downstream specifically in Operations, Construction, Petrochemicals and Refinery is preferred on HSE matters.
• Familiar with ADNOC HSE Standards and applicable UAE Regulations

Professional Certifications : Relevant Professional certifications as per the role requirement from reputed international organizations . NEBOSH or equivalent and Certified ISO45001 Auditor are highly preferred
