Job Objectives

Responsibilities

• Participate as a team member in specific phases of engineering assignments
• Prepare documentation for projects
• Ensure project completion within budget and schedule
• Define engineering approaches and plan work
• Evaluate problems, organize investigations, and set performance specifications
• Review engineering calculations and drawings per industry standards
• Adhere to procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
• Participate in audits and incident investigations
• Perform complex engineering tasks
• Engage in site visits, reviews, and workshops

• Ensure HSSE compliance and safety standards

Qualifications

What makes you remarkable?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with HSE specialization or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years' experience in oil and gas, mainly in downstream projects
• Preferably with ADNOC PMC project experience
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines to meet deadlines
• Over 10 years' experience in HSE roles related to projects management, performance monitoring, audits, and inspections
• Experience in upstream/downstream operations, construction, petrochemicals, or refineries is preferred
• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards and UAE regulations

Professional Certifications: NEBOSH, ISO45001 Auditor, or equivalent are highly preferred.
