Job description

The Process Engineer will work under the supervision of the Project Manager as part of the construction supervision team on major infrastructure and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects. The role focuses on Construction Commissioning of the STP.

Job Duties:

1. Operate plant using various process technologies including Conventional activated sludge, MBBR, and MBR.
2. Review all process and hydraulic components of the STP and supervise commissioning activities.
3. Review and improve the contractors' models.
4. Carry out planning, preliminary, final, and detailed design of sewage treatment processes.
5. Prepare technical reports and study different treatment alternatives.

Qualifications:

1. Good knowledge of recent and updated sewage treatment odor control technologies.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in process engineering.
3. Deep knowledge of primary, preliminary, secondary, and advanced sewage treatment.
4. Experience with BioWin models.
5. Experience working on STP projects in the UAE.
