Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority is hiring for a role focused on end-to-end governance of revenue operations for AFC fare collection. You will audit contractor performance, analyze ridership and revenue trends, and drive upgrades to strengthen controls and passenger experience.

The position requires a degree in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering with at least 1 year of experience (2+ years if Bachelor) or 1+ year if Master’s degree, and will involve collaboration with Finance,

Qualifications

• Experience in AFC revenue protection and fare systems ideally.
• Ability to analyze revenue trends and audit findings.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting.
• Familiarity with contract governance and governance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define revenue-protection objectives and fare-safeguard procedures.
• Coordinate upgrade and disaster-recovery requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Forecast ridership and revenue trends to guide pricing and targets.
• Verify accuracy of financial data and reconciliations with Finance and Operators.
• Monitor contractor compliance and conduct audits to close gaps.
• Manage asset handovers, sign-offs, and system testing.
