Job description

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and maintenance of Electrical equipment within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry as Senior engineer or higher position in all of the following domains
• Good knowledge about monitoring and predictive maintenance programs associated with electrical systems
• Good Knowledge on Electrical system studies – Short-circuit study, Load flow study, Protection co-ordination study and sizing calculations
• Knowledge about specification of switchgears, Transformers, variable frequency drives, Ex-equipment’s, UPS and Electrical control systems.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to the oil & gas industries (API, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, NEC / IEC, etc.) required
• Expertise in resolving complex Engineering and maintenance issues such as HV installations and Protection, Electrical automation and power control systems, electrical variable speed drives, UPS etc.
• Good knowledge about electrical safety requirements and HSE procedures & practices
• Planning and Organising, Scheduling and Co-ordinating with multi disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical system studies and industry codes and standards is required.
