Job Purpose
Set and manage Lump sum turnkey campaign Scope of Work with all related activities and manage unconventional drilling and testing activities (UBD, MLT, and multi stage frac). Manage project cost control and rig schedule.
Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)
- Report and update on Drilling and well operations activities related to the Biogenic Shallow Gas project to ensure conformity with plan and program.
- Lead and direct the Drilling Integrated Project Management teams of the assigned service companies to execute ADNOC Exploration Biogenic Gas wells in line with the plans.
- Endorse and approve the Drilling programs, well plans provided by the LSTK / IPM teams, and endorse and approve the AFE for the wells.
- Define the Full Field Development Plans and exploration requirements through collaboration with Petroleum Engineers, Reservoir Engineers, and Petrophysicists.
- Advise the Exploration Function on drilling-related matters including planning, well prognosis, and technical requirements.

Reports
- Provide inputs for MIS and progress reports for management.
Internal & External Communications
- Maintain regular contact with exploration, drilling teams, service providers, and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years in Drilling/Workover Engineering and Operations.
- Experience with OPCOs, preferably in UAE.
- Experience offshore and onshore drilling, with new technologies (UBD, MPD, CTD, ERD).
- Proficiency in drilling software, Landmark preferred.
- Proven leadership in drilling teams.
Certifications & Work Conditions
- Professional certifications as applicable.
- Minimal physical effort, work in A/C environment, occasional site visits in hot/humid conditions.
