Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics or Electrical) is mandatory.
• 15+ years of oil & gas sector experience.
• 5 years in GCC region.
• 5 years in similar position.
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of fiber-optic networks, CCTV, access control, PAGA, radio, telephone, and data systems.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments.
• In-depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standards.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
