Job summary

Penspen is hiring an experienced Senior Engineer, Construction (Instrumentation) site based in Abu Dhabi with extensive oil & gas experience to oversee instrumentation works for oil and gas projects, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

You will supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of instruments, review drawings and construction packages, coordinate contractors and vendors, monitor progress and safety, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering Instrumentation, Electronics, or Control Engineering is mandatory.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas sector.
• 5 years in GCC region and 5 years in similar position.
• Extensive experience in oil & gas pipeline projects and field instruments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline
• Strong knowledge of field instruments, DCS, PLC, SIS, F&G, and control systems
• Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments
• In-depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standards
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
