Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of database design/management/optimization.
• Experience with API design/integration.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer - Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge software architectures that drive our organizations technological advancement.

• Develop and maintain the overall technical vision for our software systems
• Design scalable high-performance architectures for complex enterprise applications
• Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for software design and development
• Establish coding standards best practices and architectural guidelines
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in project planning and execution

• Participate in technical decision-making processes and contribute to strategic planning

• Advanced programming skills in languages such as Java Python or C
• In-depth understanding of database design management and optimization
• Experience with API design and integration
• Solid grasp of security best practices and their implementation in software systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus
• Experience with enterprise software development and scalable distributed systems
