Job summary

Mediclinic International is seeking an experienced Embryologist to lead the IVF laboratory at Bourn Hall Al Ain. The role requires supervision of the embryology team and collaboration with clinicians to optimise patient outcomes.

The candidate will perform ICSI, embryo culture, transfer and cryopreservation, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance across the IVF service. UAE licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology or Reproductive Sciences is required.
• Valid or eligible DHA, DOH or MOH licence as an Embryologist is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with key embryology procedures and IVF lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced embryology and andrology procedures (ICSI, embryo culture, transfer, cryopreservation).
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and equipment management.
• Maintain high quality assurance, documentation and regulatory compliance.
