Job summary

EDGE Group PJSC is seeking a Senior Software Verification and Validation Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead verification activities for safety-critical embedded software. You will develop requirements-based tests, execute runs, and analyze results while maintaining traceability across requirements, tests, and code.

Responsibilities include coordination with software, system, and certification teams, plus hands-on work with HIL setups and test automation to ensure rigorous quality across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of DO-178C processes and software verification.
• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ for safety-critical software.

Responsibilities

• Perform software verification activities for safety-critical embedded software.
• Develop requirements-based test procedures.
• Execute test runs and analyze results.
• Perform software analyses such as data/control coupling and structural coverage analysis.
• Document verification results and prepare verification reports.
• Maintain requirements traceability between requirements, tests, and code.
• Support HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test setup, execution, and verification activities.
• Work in coordination with software, system, and certification teams.
