Job summary

NAFFCO in Dubai seeks an experienced ELV Security Systems Engineer to design and engineer comprehensive ELV security solutions including access control CCTV and intrusion detection systems.

You will develop detailed drawings and specs, conduct site surveys, collaborate with project managers, and oversee installation and commissioning while staying updated on the latest technologies and regulations affecting security deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV security systems.
• Proven design and implementation experience for large projects.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and design software.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Problem-solving and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer ELV security solutions including access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Create detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with PMs, contractors, and clients for project execution.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates and system designs.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and technical support.
• Stay updated on security tech and regulations.
• Perform testing, validation, and documentation.
• Provide training and support to junior engineers.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources to meet deadlines.
