Senior ELV QA/QC and Technical Documentation Engineer

Job summary

Agile Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced ELV QA/QC & Technical Documentation Engineer to ensure the quality of ELV/ICT installations while developing, reviewing and maintaining technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The role combines site QA/QC responsibilities with technical engineering documentation and requires a candidate who can translate project requirements, designs and site conditions into professional technical submissions and project records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, ICT Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years ELV/ICT experience with QA/QC and documentation responsibilities.
• Experience in UAE/GCC construction or ELV systems integration is preferred.
• Strong ability to review specs, BOQs, drawings and system architectures; proficient in English technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC procedures and Project Quality Plans (PQP), plus ITPs and approved quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections for ELV/ICT installations and verify compliance with drawings and specs.
• Prepare and track MIRs, WIRs, RFIs, SORs, NCRs and related documentation.
• Create and maintain Method Statements, inspection checklists, testing procedures and commissioning records.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain technical data, certificates and test reports.
• Review shop drawings, schematics and BOQs for discrepancies and missing information.
• Support clients and consultants with technical submissions and handover documentation.
