Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of high voltage (HV) substations and associated equipment. This is to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the power distribution system, focusing on both routine and emergency maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on HV substations and related equipment to ensure optimal performance under the guidance of the substation engineer.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in substations and high voltage systems under the guidance of substation engineers.
• Conduct inspections and tests on electrical components and systems to identify issues and prevent failures.
• Monitor the performance and condition of HV substations, reporting any anomalies or required interventions.
• Operate and manage electrical systems during scheduled and unscheduled outages to minimize downtime.
