Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in the UAE seeks a seasoned Electrical Maintenance professional to lead predictive maintenance and routine BMMS inspections across electrical and mechanical systems.

You will perform thermal imaging, ultrasound testing, and vibration analysis to detect hotspots and anomalies, document findings, and coordinate upgrades with operations and reliability teams. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (must)
• 8+ years of experience preferred
• Valid UAE Driving License

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and scheduled BMMS inspections of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct functional and performance testing in line with OEM standards and client requirements.
• Document inspection and test results, highlighting non-conformances and risks.
• Perform thermal imaging surveys to detect hotspots and abnormal temperatures.
• Use ultrasound testing for leaks and electrical/mechanical issues.
• Apply vibration analysis to rotating equipment to identify misalignment and wear.
• Develop and maintain condition-monitoring programs and track asset performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan shutdowns, replacements, or repairs.
