Job summary

ESA Engineering, a leading consultancy in sustainable design and energy solutions, is seeking an Electrical Engineer for high-end retail projects. You will manage electrical designs, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience and a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical design within the construction industry.
• High knowledge of BIM (level 100 to 500).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

About Us : ESA Engineering is a leading engineering consultancy specializing in design and energy solutions. With a strong focus on sustainable practices, we work closely with clients across various sectors, including retail, commercial, and industrial. Our offices provides an exciting and dynamic work environment.

To extend the current team already operating in Dubai, ESA Engineering is looking for an Engineer to cover the electrical designs for high luxury retail projects, but not limited to that. You’ll collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs meet industry standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept to completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Develop detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and approve technical documentation.
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.

Requirements :

• 3+ yearsof experience in electrical design within the construction industry.
• High knowledge of BIM ( level 100 to 500 ).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Skills :

• Teamwork orientation.
• Deep knowledge of MEP drawings.
• Revit, MS Project, AutoCAD, InDesign, Integra.

Candidates holding a valid driving license and compliant VISA status will be given preference.
