Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with subordinate staff and execute work according to planned schedules and the PQP.
- Coordinate with PMC, Engineers, and clients on various aspects of work, including progress reviews, risk mitigation, and NCRs of MEP scope.
- Ensure effective coordination with all stakeholders for conflict resolution on a daily basis.
- Ensure the effective implementation of Quality & HSE Policies in the project.
- Continuously assess actual work progress against the planned program and inform the respective Package Manager.
- Coordinate activities of approved subcontractors under their control.
- Assess manpower, equipment, and other resources needed to meet milestones/targets in coordination with Scheduling.
- Coordinate with QC Engineers/Inspectors to fulfill Quality System and inspection/testing requirements.
- Ensure that details for mark-up drawings of as-built drawings are forwarded to the Design Manager via the Package Manager.
- Coordinate with the Package Manager to resolve technical or commercial ambiguities during construction.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for NCRs/CARs within scope of work.
- Prepare and review Quality Records as per PQP requirements.
- Ensure use of only customer-approved materials in the project.
- Report to the Project Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10-18 years of experience in construction projects.
- Full-time Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
