Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research in Dubai is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to direct the electrical strategy and delivery across major real estate and infrastructure projects. You will shape design criteria, governance, and multidisciplinary coordination from concept to handover, ensuring safety, quality and operability.

The role requires 12–15 years in electrical engineering with leadership responsibility and strong knowledge of UAE regulations, DEWA, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 12–15 years in electrical engineering for major real estate or infrastructure developments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and specialist systems in the UAE or similar regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering strategy and delivery plans for projects.
• Evaluate and manage electrical consultants, designers, contractors and suppliers to deliver on time and within contract.
• Ensure all electrical designs and installations meet UAE regulations, DEWA, and other authorities.
• Coordinate design across power, lighting, earthing, ELV, ICT, AV and security systems through all stages.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and maintainability of electrical systems.
