Job summary

Rejlers International Engineering Solutions in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer with extensive refinery and onshore/offshore oil and gas project experience to join our Abu Dhabi Operations. The role focuses on engineering design reviews, analysis, and preparation of electrical deliverables under the Discipline Manager.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in electrical engineering, FEED/EPC experience, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple disciplines and clients,

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (BSc or MSc) in Electrical engineering.
• 15+ years of electrical engineering experience in Oil & Gas; 8+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in FEED and EPC projects for ADNOC Onshore.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute electrical design reviews and analysis for major projects.
• Prepare electrical engineering documents and drawings per discipline manager.
• Coordinate inter-discipline deliverables and client approvals.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes.
• Review vendor documents and procurement inputs; participate in FAT/SAT and commissioning.
