Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline; advanced certifications or professional registration (e.g., PE or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience in oil and gas, power generation, desalination, or industrial facilities is highly beneficial, particularly in onshore and offshore environments.
• Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP or similar) and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely on site, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and optimize electrical systems for construction, industrial, and oil and gas projects.
• Prepare drawings and technical specifications; perform load calculations.
• Coordinate power distribution and control systems with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Site visits for inspections, commissioning support, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Verify installations match design documents and safety requirements; collaborate with contractors and clients.
• Support project planning and cost estimation; contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
