Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in civil/building construction, preferably high-rise.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems and protective schemes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary coordination and client approvals.
• Proven track record in design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review electrical deliverables including GAs, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and cable routing.
• Prepare, review, and approve technical documents such as specs, termination drawings, and BOQs.
• Provide technical leadership in equipment sizing and specifications (switchgear, transformers, UPS, cables).
• Perform load calculations, short-circuit, and coordination studies as required.
• Coordinate with Civil/Structural/Mechanical teams for proper integration of electrical systems.
• Oversee shop drawings, as-builts, and document control for electrical works.
• Identify scope variations and risks, lead discussions with clients and vendors.
• Provide site leadership during construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
