Job summary

JobCenter seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Abu Dhabi team. The role involves designing, developing, installing, testing and maintaining electrical systems in line with local codes, and ensuring safety and reliability across projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of professional experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Abu Dhabi UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the electrical engineering field.
• Familiarity with local codes for designing, installing and maintaining electronic equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, install, test, inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems according to local codes
• Develop plans for new or modified electrical systems
• Provide accurate estimates of labor costs, parts costs and duration of project
• Oversee the installation of electrical components to ensure proper function
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate tools
• Create detailed reports of findings during inspections and investigations
• Ensure safety protocols are followed while working on projects
• Monitor the functioning of all electrical systems regularly
