Job Description

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with Electrical Substations 220/132kV.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assist the project manager in preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Ensure communication plans are executed effectively.
• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful implementation and handover.
• Obtain Employer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of HV & MV equipment for electrical substations.
• Review technical data sheets of electrical works in substations.
• Coordinate with all service departments on electrical works related to the substation.
• Ability to lead site teams of various sizes to completion.
• Strong understanding of installation and testing & commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Experience in equipment selection and stakeholder review.
