Depending on your education and experience, you can join one of the teams:

Option 1:

As a Sales Operations Specialist for Philips Health Systems, you will be supporting the UAE Sales team in building best in class sales strategies and supporting current workflows and change management programs to improve customer experience. In partnership with senior leadership, you will drive accountability and build client relationships to deliver better healthcare for all.

Option 2:

As a Field Service Engineer for Philips Health Systems, you will become a part of the team that offers service & customer support to local hospitals and health providers along with service experts that provide global support, training, and customized solutions. You will visit our clients across the UAE to install, troubleshoot, and maintain the Philips Medical Devices.

Desired candidate profile:

This includes hospitals, clinics, private practices, and other healthcare facilities where patients receive medical care.

  • Providers can be general practitioners, specialists, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals (e.g., physical therapists, psychologists).

The financial mechanisms that fund healthcare services could include public health insurance (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid), private insurance, out-of-pocket payments by patients, or government funding.

  • Health insurance models: Social insurance, private insurance, or government-funded models (universal healthcare).

The human resources involved in delivering healthcare services include doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.

  • Training and development are essential to ensure a well-qualified and competent workforce.

Medical Products and Technologies:

Essential drugs, medical equipment, diagnostic tools, and technology systems that enable healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses.

  • This includes pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical instruments, and information technology used to support healthcare delivery (e.g., Electronic Health Records (EHR)).

Health Information Systems:

Systems for collecting, storing, managing, and analyzing health data to improve patient care, public health, and health system management.

  • This includes databases, EHR systems, and other health informatics tools to track patient information, treatments, and outcomes.

Governance and Leadership:

The policies, regulations, and strategies that guide healthcare services at various levels—local, national, and international.

  • This includes public health authorities, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and healthcare management organizations that set the standards, rules, and goals for the system.

Health Promotion and Prevention:

Programs aimed at preventing illness and promoting health through education, vaccination, screening programs, and health campaigns.

  • Examples include smoking cessation programs, vaccination drives, and awareness campaigns about nutrition, exercise, and mental health.

The degree to which people can obtain needed healthcare services in a timely, efficient, and affordable manner.

  • Factors that affect access include geographic location, economic status, transportation, insurance coverage, and cultural barriers.

Quality of Care:

Ensuring that healthcare services meet defined standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.
