Job summary

Qualifications

• Airport experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the on-site electrical team, ensuring all electrical installations meet design specifications, project plans, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to verify compliance with quality standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, providing practical solutions to maintain project schedules and minimize delays.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering teams to align electrical work with overall project objectives and timelines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed site documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and daily logs for transparency and project tracking.
• Provides input to the monthly progress report as directed by the Resident Engineer.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Master\'s / Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of experience in related field.
• Must have airport experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
