Thehseleader is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental and sustainability initiatives for solar EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on reducing environmental impact, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable design and construction across projects.

Ideal candidates will have NEBOSH certification, 15+ years in environmental management, and proven experience in renewable energy or construction sectors, with strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with NEBOSH certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental risk assessments for solar EPC projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and standards (ISO 14001).
• Monitor and reduce energy use, emissions and waste across operations.
• Develop and maintain environmental management systems for project sustainability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate sustainable technologies.
