Sapsf is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to design, build, and operate on‑prem Kubernetes platforms hosting AI/ML workloads. You will own end‑to‑end cluster lifecycle, GPU enablement, and multi‑tenancy while ensuring security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in software/ML and 3+ years with GenAI/LLM production services, plus hands‑on with on‑prem Kubernetes and security‑focused integrations. Based in Abu Dhabi, expect a demanding, impact‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/ML engineering with 3+ years building GenAI/LLM solutions and production services.
• Hands-on with on-prem deployments, Kubernetes, service meshes, and secure networking.
• Eligibility for security clearance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Security: RBAC, Pod Security, image signing/scanning, OPA/Kyverno, Vault/Sealed Secrets, OIDC/LDAP/AD, audit and compliance practices.
• Observability: Prometheus/Grafana, EFK/ELK/Loki, OpenTelemetry; capacity/performance tuning.
• Delivery/IaC: Helm/Kustomize, Argo CD/Flux, Terraform/Ansible; GitLab CI/GitHub Actions; scripting in Bash/Python; strong YAML hygiene.
