Job summary

Quantum Talent Group is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, architect, and deliver enterprise AI platforms that scale AI, ML, and Generative AI workloads for enterprise clients in Abu Dhabi.

This customer-facing role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift, NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, GPUs, automation, and AI platform operations, with a focus on LLM serving, RAG, and agentic AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, engineering or data science.
• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Platform/DevOps engineering.
• 2+ years hands-on in AI/ML workloads or GPU-accelerated computing.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
• Expertise managing Kubernetes/OpenShift on bare-metal and virtualized infra.
• Extensive experience with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, CUDA, GPU scheduling.
• IaC experience using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with GitOps and automation frameworks.
• Python scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting LLM serving environments.
• Experience designing RAG architectures.
• Strong solution architecture and customer workshop facilitation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise AI infrastructure platforms for ML and Generative AI workloads.
• Architect scalable Kubernetes and OpenShift environments for AI and GPU apps.
• Design and implement NVIDIA GPU-enabled platforms for LLMs.
• Lead customer workshops and architecture discussions.
• Build infrastructure supporting RAG and Agentic AI.
• Implement IaC with Terraform, Ansible, GitOps.
• Develop Python automation scripts and platform management.
• Design highly available, scalable, secure AI architectures.
• Support GPU resource allocation and cluster optimization.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, DevOps.
• Provide technical leadership through delivery.
• Ensure observability, security, governance, and performance.
