Qualifications

• 6+ years in software, data, or ML engineering with 2+ years in LLM production deployment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio).
• Proficient in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale end-to-end LLM apps and RAG pipelines.
• Oversee project lifecycles, budgets, risks, and vendor evaluations.
• Establish robust data pipelines, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Enforce AI governance, access controls, and audit trails.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
