Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations, optimize product listings, and coordinate with our logistics partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving online sales, ensuring accurate stock and pricing information, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Product Listings: Create, upload, and manage accurate and SEO-friendly product listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Product Content Optimization: Regularly update and enhance existing product listings to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular audits for stock-on-hand (SOH) and ensure inventory levels are updated daily in OMW based on 3PL WMS data.
  • Price Management & Parity: Maintain consistent and competitive pricing across all channels; ensure price parity with internal and external platforms.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies to inform internal planning.
  • Promotional Planning: Implement monthly marketing and promotional offerings in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination: Liaise with 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate order processing for both D2C and B2B orders.
  • B2B Coordination: Share accurate SOH reports with B2B partners and manage B2B PO processing in collaboration with logistics teams.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline operational workflows for improved efficiency.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and backend operations (Shopify, Amazon, FirstCry, Mumzworld, Noon, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and 3PL integrations
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel and data management skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2C ecommerce environments, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proficient in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, with a strong understanding of backend operations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools SEO
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset, capable of adapting to the fast-paced ecommerce landscape.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency preferred, especially in markets where the company operates.
  • Experience working with 3PL partners and WMS systems is preferred
