Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC seeks an experienced QC Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) to lead quality activities on Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will verify installation, testing, and commissioning against IEC/IEEE/ NEC and client specs, supervise QC inspectors, review ITPs, and drive NCR closure with CAPA across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 6–8 years in E&I QA/QC for major industrial projects, EPC/EPCM exposure preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or

Qualifications

6–8 years QA/QC experience in Electrical & Instrumentation construction within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power or Industrial sectors.
Minimum 2–4 years in a dedicated QC Engineer role.
EPC/EPCM project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement Quality Planning & Documentation for E&I activities, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Manage NCRs, root-cause analysis and CAPA actions, closing punch items efficiently.
Inspect incoming materials, calibrations, and documentation; verify MTCs and traceability.
