Job summary

Arabian Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Control Lead for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role covers E&I inspection, test planning, documentation, and coordination with Client/PMC/TPI teams.

You will develop and verify ITPs/ITRs, raise NCRs, and ensure compliance with ADNOC specs, international standards, and project procedures. A strong audit and reporting mindset is essential for successful handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant E&I experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas experience, preferably ADNOC.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC quality requirements, specifications and procedures.
• Strong experience in E&I inspection, testing, commissioning and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement ITPs, ITRs, IRs, checklists, and quality records.
• Inspect electrical, instrumentation and related systems on site.
• Coordinate with Client/ADNOC, PMC, TPI and project teams.
• Prepare quality reports and final dossier for handover.
• Close NCRs and verify corrective actions.
