Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC, a Ghobash Group member, seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead multi-disciplinary site activities in Abu Dhabi. You will drive execution strategies, schedules, and safety programs across onshore projects for ADNOC and EPCM teams.

Senior candidates will coordinate with clients and contractors, manage resources, and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required.
15+ years Oil & Gas construction experience.
10+ years in ADNOC projects onshore experience preferred.
Experience in brownfield modifications and shutdowns.
ADNOC PTW Holder and supervisor certifications preferred.
HSE certifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage site construction across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, telecom and commissioning.
Develop and implement construction execution strategies, work packs and schedules.
Ensure activities follow IFC drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and ADNOC specs.
Monitor progress and execute recovery plans to mitigate delays.
Manage brownfield modifications, shutdowns, tie-ins, hot work, and live plant interfaces.
Coordinate onshore construction campaigns with minimal operations impact.
Lead HSE activities, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Participate in progress reviews with Client and EPCM teams.
Provide inputs for project reporting, S-curves, and recovery plans.
