Job summary

Hotel Gold Regency seeks a Senior E-Discovery Specialist to lead electronic discovery initiatives for complex legal matters. The role is fully remote in the UAE, with responsibility across data collection, processing, review, and production.

You will work with legal, IT, and compliance teams, ensure chain of custody, data protection, and adherence to UAE regulations, while guiding junior staff and improving e-discovery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, CS, Information Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in e-discovery, litigation support, or digital evidence management.
• Strong understanding of ESI, review workflows, metadata, and preservation.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-discovery activities from data identification to production.
• Identify and collect relevant electronically stored information.
• Coordinate with legal, IT, compliance, and external providers.
