Job summary

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 / Dataverse & Power Automate Developer in the United Arab Emirates to design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform technologies.

You will work with the implementation vendor throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and long-term ownership of the platform after project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Develop automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
• Configure and customize business processes, forms, dashboards, and security models.
• Develop plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Integrate the platform with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer from the implementation vendor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system performance, security, and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement and enhancement of the Digital Transformation platform.
