Responsibilities

• Overseeing and optimizing day-to-day drilling operations and well completion.
• Managing profitability, performance, and operational integrity of rigs.
• Upholding quality assurance standards and lead HSE initiatives.
• Leading, motivating, and training multiple drilling crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinating rig logistics and external support services to ensure continuity.
• Serving as on-site primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
