Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you seeks a Rig Superintendent to lead and oversee drilling operations, HSE, and client relationships in Kuwait. The role requires proven leadership of multiple drilling crews and strong safety leadership across all activities.

The successful candidate will manage rig performance, cost efficiency, subcontractor coordination, and on-site client engagement to ensure safe, timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in the oil field.
• Proven track record of leading, managing and motivating multiple drilling crews.
• Solid experience in building and maintaining positive client and internal stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and optimizing day-to-day drilling operations to ensure efficiency and technical success.
• Managing the overall performance, profitability, and operational integrity of the assigned rigs.
• Upholding stringent quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and leading safety initiatives across the operation.
• Leading, motivating, and managing multiple drilling crews (including subcontractors) and overseeing personnel training and development.
• Coordinating rig logistics, supply chains, and external support services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, building positive, long-lasting relationships, and addressing stakeholder needs effectively.
