A leading EPC company seeks a Senior Discipline Engineer – Civil & Structural for a major Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supporting engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle and offering guidance to junior engineers. Candidates should have significant experience in Oil & Gas projects, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.
Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.
Role Summary:
Senior Discipline Engineer – Civil & Structural will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, supporting engineering activities from project design through startup and operation. Responsibilities include:
Supporting design and engineering efforts related to civil and structural disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
Reviewing vendor drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Coordinating with project management, procurement, and construction teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conducting technical evaluations of vendor proposals and assisting procurement in finalizing technical documentation.
Providing technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Ensuring timely delivery of engineering documents and assisting with preparation of material requisitions.
Offering guidance and sharing knowledge with junior engineers to support their development.
