About Hilton Supply Management
Hilton Supply Management (HSM) is the largest hospitality group procurement organization globally and an integral division within Hilton. HSM manages the supply chain of hotels, both Hilton and non-Hilton branded hotels. With more than 19,000 hotels in our program (including over 9,000 non-Hilton-branded hotels), HSM drives economies of scale and negotiates competitive contracts with industry-leading suppliers – ensuring direct savings on the product & services for hotel partners and being a value-add partner on all levels.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Vice President EMEA for Hilton Supply Management. Spearhead the strategic direction and operational execution of the HSM function across all applicable Hilton brands in the region, driving value, efficiency, and alignment with global procurement standards.
- Serve as the strategic leader for all procurement and supply chain operations across the Middle East and Africa. Drive alignment with Hilton’s business objectives and brand standards across all operational products and services for applicable Hilton brands.
- Support GPO (Group Procurement Operations) business development by partnering with key stakeholders to onboard new ownership groups, management companies, and hotel operators onto HSM programs. Build a robust regional network and demonstrate sound commercial judgment within Hilton’s matrix structure.
- Lead a team of four Regional Directors and provide strategic direction, growth targets, and optimal resource allocation across HSM field offices in Dubai, Cairo, Jeddah, and Johannesburg, supporting 140+ operational hotels and 135 pipeline projects across 39 countries and across Hilton’s Luxury, Full Service, and Focused Service brands.
- Oversee contractual negotiations for supply programs across MEA, ensuring alignment with Hilton’s strategic sourcing objectives. Drive continuous improvement and consolidation of goods and services to achieve economies of scale and reduce total cost of acquisition.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliance with Hilton’s Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures across all Supply Management activities.
- Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of procurement and spend management platforms such as BirchStreet and SmartSpend (Coupa), ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency across corporate and hotel-level operations.
- Collaborate with the broader EMEA leadership team to align with category management, customer engagement, and in-market GPO sales priorities. Identify opportunities to enhance account profitability and drive new business generation.
- Lead procurement support for multi-country hotel openings, execution of group contracts, and development of supply chain strategies for new markets to scale Hilton’s procurement capabilities with regional growth.
- Maintain relevant procurement leadership experience in a corporate/matrix organization; hospitality industry experience is preferred.
